Being the California girl that I am, I first heard of thundersnow when I moved to Colorado. I never knew you could have thunder and snow at the same time. It turns out it is very rare. However, last night I got to experience it for the first time! First it started snowing, then I heard some thunder, then there was lots of thunder and lightning, and in the midst of all this it started to hail and snow at the same time! How fun is that?
Although this is a horrible picture, it is the only thing I have to document it. On Friday as I was coming home from school, I saw President Bush's motorcade go RIGHT by where I live! I tried to take a picture with my camera phone but all you see are blurry lights. You'll just have to take my word for it! :)
