My parents are coming to visit a week from today! I haven't seen them since they moved me here in July. It'll be fun to have them here. We'll also get to celebrate Avery's first birthday with them. Hard to believe that they came up here last year at about this time for her birth. I was at home, glued to my computer working on my thesis for my master's, getting phone call updates on Heidi with her chest tube, and finally the good news of having a niece! The other night we were reflecting last years events surrounding Avery's birth. How good God is that Heidi and Avery are both healthy one year later!

Mom and Dad

What fun that you get to see your folks! I hope you have a wonderful time with them.
--Can't believe it's already been a year. I remember that story, and how God was so faithful through it all. Thinking of all the Walkers this time of year!

Hi Kara! I just got "caught up" on what you've been up to! What a fun life in CO you have! :) I laughed out loud at the doggy boots! You look awesome in this parent photo...
