More Avery! More Avery!

Today when I talked to Julie on the phone, she complained that there weren't enough pictures of Avery on my blog. She said that I only have one, and my brother only has one on his MySpace. She's so demanding, you know. When I think back to our childhood, the word "bossy" comes to mind. One time she even trapped me in her room to make me talk out our differences over Barbies! She gave me her Wonder Woman headband and then started demanding that I give it back. That caused a huge name calling incident back and forth across the street. I am pretty certain that the reason our moms gave us M&M's for happy minutes while playing together was a result of my being badgered by Julie. I will admit though that some of that bossiness must have have rubbed off on me because I remember being the "princess" when we played Barbies more often than not. I also got to be Laura during Little House on the Prairie re-enactments (I did have brown hair though) and Julie had to be blind Mary. It's actually amazing, now that I think about it, that we are still friends. Is it a tribute to M&M bribery? I don't know....but I'm sure glad that it worked! She's the greatest and I love her a ton!
